Red Hot Moma!!! That is MY Mama!

Hee Hee...I feel guilty but good! I wrote Dashaina at dashaina.com and said i wanted a Red-white-black twin peaks hat (I don't really know what they are called) like she made for JME, herself and the little monkey Aurora!

I asked if I could pay on time as I'm always broke and she said she would make me one and wouldn't hear of payment! (it helps that I do her website)

I'm excited as I've wanted one of these for a while. You see I'm a major fan of Jamie Mantzel and Dashaina Gibbs. I've followed their youtube videos for a long time. Amazing folks.

Well got this up late as I couldn't seem to send it at the time! But Happy New Year Now!

OK so this worries me. This is the Christmas card I get from Joel and Candy.
I mean, is this a sign that we may be forwarned of the grandkids??? Seriously!

Every 3 months or so my maincomputor does its "microsoft virus bomb" cycle...wherin I have to wipe the entire hard drive and reload everything. Even though I have a full version of Avira Virus software some viruses get through. Some of the new virus types are very aggresive and really smart. They know how to kill your antivirus software AND delete your "System Restore" restore points so you can't fix it. And since all my work as an application webguy is on the net I get spammed, hacked, endlessly...just part of the gig.

So my solution is to always backup all and redo the entire comp. This always gives me a totally clean start and because my work is SO ram intensive, I just do it! However that means each time reloading tons of programs too. And one of them is iTunes.

In searching for all my music, I happened to go to the iTunes store and heard samples of Rubber Soul. I was amazed to realize it was maybe my favorite Beatles album! Didn't know that... but it was a very pure writing phase for them and the studio work was getting very advanced and the were not quite to the psychedelic phase yet.

Anyway, I still had an Amazon gift form Candy and Joel (from my birthday in june!)... so I went to Amazon and ordered the CD. In a few days I will be in headphone land in 1965. See ya there!

Ho Ho Ho! Well..Its getting close to the time when I will dive with Roy to try and float Franny! I still haven't done my first dive...well not since I was 15 and Ford tied a rope around me, pulled the 5 minute reserve on an empty tank and threw me off the boat!!!
Ah that was fun though and soon I will don my 7mm o'Neill wetsuit and try to go over all the things I have been studying.

I do have to still find a good hood, weightbelt and gloves as its a tad chilly out!
Got my Tank, Fins, Boots, Regulator with depthgauge tank pressure and compass and thermometer and BCD (bouyancy compensator device).

I have replaced the movie camcorder I drowned when Franny went down (the first time that is) and so will be able to film everything. Should be interesting!
